All Zaabé Sol orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours from our Australian warehouse. During peak periods, promotions or sale events, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Australia: 2–7 business days
New Zealand: 5–10 business days

Yes. We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
Standard shipping is available within Australia and New Zealand only. In some cases, international shipping may be arranged on request. Please contact us prior to placing an order to organise a quote. International orders are shipped at the customer’s risk and do not include customs duties, taxes, insurance, or delivery guarantees.
Once dispatched, delivery is managed by our courier partners. Occasional delays can occur due to peak periods or circumstances outside our control.
If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist by lodging an enquiry with the carrier where possible. Zaabé Sol is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered but not received.
If your item arrives faulty or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting images. We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
We do not offer returns for change of mind.
Once a return has been approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for funds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Approved refunds cover the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping fees are not refundable, as aligned with Australian Consumer Law.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
For approved faulty or incorrect items, Zaabé Sol will cover return shipping. For all other enquiries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
